Hello, my name is Jon Brown and I grew up here in Central Ohio. After working in Human Resources for several years I decided to start a mobile marketing business named Textology LLC. In January 2012 I decided to sell my company and return to school full-time to earn a degree in Computer Science.  I am currently seeking an internship in the IT industry. I will be graduating in December 2013.

Java

I have taken two 15 week Java classes at Franklin University and I am taking the third next semester. They focus heavily on test driven development and have made it through Stacks.

HTML/CSS

I have built roughly 10 websites and several Facebook pages using HTMl/CSS. In addition, I have just purchased Adobe Master Suite CS6 and I am starting to learn programs other than Dreamweaver and Photoshop.  

SQL

I have taken one SQL class and received an A in the class. I am familiar with the basics of SQL. However, I have used Access for years and am comfortable with databases.
